30-Day Limited Return – Manufacturing Defects Only
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase only in cases of:

Manufacturing defects

Product performance issues caused by material defects

Incorrect item shipped
Returns are not accepted for reasons such as:

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong size or specification

Incompatibility with printer not listed in our specifications

Improper storage, handling, or installation
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return:

The issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery

Rolls must be unused (unless the defect is discovered during initial use)

Customers may be required to provide photos or samples showing the defect

Defective material may need to be returned for inspection
How to Request a Return
Please contact our Customer Service team at cs@wolfbarco.com
and provide:

Order number

Description of the issue
-
Photos or video (if applicable)

Printer model and settings used
Our technical team may assist with troubleshooting prior to approving a return, as many print issues are related to printer settings rather than ribbon defects.
Resolution
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will:

Provide a prepaid return label (if return is required), and

Issue a replacement or refund at our discretion
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:

Opened or used rolls without confirmed manufacturing defects

Custom or special-order products
-
Items damaged due to improper use, storage, or installation
