Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Wolfbarco. At Wolfbarco, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience a manufacturing defect or receive an incorrect item, we are here to make it right.

30-Day Limited Return – Manufacturing Defects Only

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase only in cases of:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Product performance issues caused by material defects

  • Incorrect item shipped

Returns are not accepted for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size or specification

  • Incompatibility with printer not listed in our specifications

  • Improper storage, handling, or installation

Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • The issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery

  • Rolls must be unused (unless the defect is discovered during initial use)

  • Customers may be required to provide photos or samples showing the defect

  • Defective material may need to be returned for inspection

How to Request a Return

Please contact our Customer Service team at cs@wolfbarco.com

and provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or video (if applicable)

  • Printer model and settings used

Our technical team may assist with troubleshooting prior to approving a return, as many print issues are related to printer settings rather than ribbon defects.

Resolution

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will:

  • Provide a prepaid return label (if return is required), and

  • Issue a replacement or refund at our discretion

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used rolls without confirmed manufacturing defects

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Items damaged due to improper use, storage, or installation
