Warranty

Wolfbarco warrants that all products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty applies to:

• Manufacturing defects in ribbon coating or materials

• Product defects that result in abnormal performance under proper storage and normal operating conditions

• Structural defects that make the product unusable under recommended specifications

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover issues resulting from:

• Improper printer settings (heat, speed, pressure, darkness)

• Incompatible printer models or media

• Improper storage conditions (excess heat, humidity, sunlight exposure)

• Mishandling, physical damage, or misuse

• Normal wear and consumable usage

• Unauthorized modifications

Storage & Handling Requirement

To maintain warranty eligibility, products must be stored in a cool, dry environment and used within recommended operating conditions.

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, please contact cs@wolfbarco.com

and provide:

• Order number

• Product batch/lot number (if available)

• Description of the issue

• Photos or video of the defect

• Printer model and settings used

Our technical team may assist with troubleshooting prior to approving a warranty claim.

Resolution

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Wolfbarco will, at its discretion:

• Replace the defective product, or

• Issue a refund or credit for the affected items

Wolfbarco’s liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement or refund of the defective product only. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost production time or label stock.
