What ribbon sizes are compatible with Zebra ZT510?

The Zebra ZT510 accepts ribbon widths from 2.00" ~ 4.33" (51mm ~ 110mm). Standard lengths include 450 meters. Choose a ribbon at least 0.5" wider than your labels for optimal coverage.

What types of ribbons work with Zebra ZT510?

The Zebra ZT510 supports three ribbon types:

How do I calibrate the Zebra ZT510?

If your Zebra ZT510 is skipping labels or printing incorrectly, calibration is needed:

  1. Turn off the printer
  2. Press and hold FEED button while turning on
  3. Wait for the status light to flash
  4. Release - the printer will feed labels to calibrate

This teaches the printer to detect label size and gaps. Calibrate when changing label sizes.
