What label sizes work with Wasp WPL205?

The Wasp WPL205 supports labels up to 4.25" wide. Direct thermal labels come in various sizes for your application needs.

What type of labels does Wasp WPL205 use?

The Wasp WPL205 uses direct thermal labels (no ribbon needed). These labels darken when heated.

Note: Labels fade when exposed to heat or sunlight.

How do I calibrate the Wasp WPL205?

If your Wasp WPL205 is skipping labels or printing incorrectly, calibration is needed:

  1. Turn off the printer
  2. Press and hold FEED button while turning on
  3. Wait for the status light to flash
  4. Release - the printer will feed labels to calibrate

This teaches the printer to detect label size and gaps. Calibrate when changing label sizes.
