What ribbon sizes are compatible with TSC TE300?

The TSC TE300 accepts ribbon widths from 1.60" ~ 4.30" (40mm ~ 110mm). Standard lengths include 110 meters. Choose a ribbon at least 0.5" wider than your labels for optimal coverage.

How do I calibrate the TSC TE300?

If your TSC TE300 is skipping labels or printing incorrectly, calibration is needed:

  1. Turn off the printer
  2. Press and hold FEED button while turning on
  3. Wait for the status light to flash
  4. Release - the printer will feed labels to calibrate

This teaches the printer to detect label size and gaps. Calibrate when changing label sizes.
